The MHP M-Series Magic Pak Electric Heat Pump is the perfect solution for multi-family buildings looking for a simplified HVAC system that is easy to install and maintain. With a COP of 3.3 and a heating range of 3.6-9.6 KW and cooling range of 8,600-34,600 BTU/HR, this single packaged vertical unit heats and cools multi-family buildings efficiently.

Electric Heat Pump:

The fully ducted system, with a range of 0.75-, 1-, 1.5-, 2-, 2.5- and 3-ton and 8,600, 11,400, 16,200, 22,800, 26,200 and 32,400 BTUH, ensures consistent performance from room to room and floor to floor. Each unit has individual metering and control, making it easy to adjust the temperature to suit individual needs. The easy plug-and-play-like installation and service saves time and money, and the top supply and return design ensures nominal CFM at 0.5” W.C. and <1.4% cabinet air leak. The unit is pre-wired and pre-charged, with a factory installed evaporator drain float switch and ventilation air capabilities.
